Favorite Book(s) Read:
While there is no wrong or right way to read a book, everyone should listen to this on audio. Phoebe Williams is charming (even when delivering some hard truths) and my new favorite person.
This one really surprised me, but I ended up loving it!
The title says it all! It was strange and dreamy… and I just love Taylor’s writing.
Least Favorite Book Read:
It’s not that it was terrible (although the ending did have me rolling my eyes), but I read SO MANY great books this month, and this one stuck out as being just okay. But seriously, that ending sucked.
I added a shiz load of eArcs from Netgalley (seriously, I’m like a drunkard on that thing sometimes, only I know I have a problem, and the only cure is… well, more books). I was keeping a good record, but then I binged on the physical arcs at the bookstore, and lost my damn mind.
I did cave and buy this book though:
How could I resist? Plus, the illustrations are amazing!
I had a great first month of reading! I really pushed myself to read more (which I need to do this month too), and loved catching up on some good books I already had. I just need to keep on top of things. Or not, you know, I’m trying not to stress myself out too much. We’ve got enough crazy in our world right now, I don’t need to be adding to it. 😉
